Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On June 28, 2019, Crestwood Equity GP LLC, the general partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP (the “Partnership”), a Delaware limited partnership, entered into the Fourth Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership, dated as of April 11, 2014, as amended by the First Amendment to the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership, dated as of September 30, 2015, the Second Amendment to the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership, dated as of November 8, 2017 and the Third Amendment to the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership, dated as of May 30, 2018 (as so amended, the “Partnership Agreement”), effective as of June 28, 2019, to make certain changes to the voting thresholds of the preferred units (the “Preferred Units”) representing limited partner interests in the Partnership.
