Item 8.01.     Other Events.

On May 15, 2019, Catasys, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that for every day in the month of May, it is sponsoring a health plan member who would otherwise not be able to participate in OnTrak, at no cost to either the member or the health plan. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
