On July 15, 2015, upon consummation of an underwritten public offering by the Issuer and pursuant to the Note Agreement, Deferred Interest in the amount of $2,485,163 was converted into 523,192 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock at a price of $4.75 per share. Albright Capital Management LLC (the "GP"), as general partner of the Fund, may be deemed to beneficially own the securities reported herein to the extent of its direct or indirect interest in the Fund.
