AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE NOTIFIES XELR8 HOLDINGS THAT
COMPANY HAS RETURNED TO COMPLIANCE WITH LISTING REQUIREMENTS

AMEX Listing Qualification Staff Concludes that Company Has Resolved Continued Listing Deficiencies; Delisting Oral Hearing Has Been Cancelled

DENVER, Colo. — (PR NEWSWIRE) — May 2, 2007 — XELR8 Holdings, Inc. (AMEX:BZI), a provider of functional foods, beverages and nutritional supplements, today announced that in a letter received from the American Stock Exchange, dated May 1, 2007, the Company was notified that the Listing Qualifications Staff has concluded that the Company has resolved the continued listing deficiency references in its original letter, dated November 17, 2006.  Consequently, the Delisting Oral Hearing, scheduled to take place on May 16, 2007 has been cancelled.
