SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Additional Sales Under June 2021 ATM Program Subsequent to September 30, 2022 and through November 9, 2022, the Company sold an aggregate of 490,594 common shares under the June 2021 ATM Program at an average price of approximately $6.16 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $3.0 million. The Company paid cash commissions on the gross proceeds, plus reimbursement of expenses to the placement agent in the aggregate amount of approximately $95,100.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
