Letter to Husker Ag Members

Attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by this reference, is a copy of the letter dated September 6, 2007, from Seth Harder, General Manager of Husker Ag, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Husker Ag”) to the members of Husker Ag.

The letter updates Husker Ag’s members on the progress of the 40 million gallon per year expansion.
