Item 1.03.   Bankruptcy or Receivership.

On July 9, 2009 AmeriChip’s board of directors revoked and canceled the authorization granted Mr. Jim Kotsonis to file chapter 7 bankruptcy on behalf of KSI and AmeriChip.
