Wages and Benefits Expense	Wages and Benefits Expense Wages and benefit expenses include gross wages and salaries, bonuses, performance-related pay, casual wages, training expenses, staff welfare and wellness costs, employer social insurance contributions, pensions, insurance costs, education, maternity contributions and other staff-related costs. These are recorded in accordance with the Company’s payroll policies and applicable labor, pension and social security regulations in each jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
