Note 9 - Subsequent Events

(i)	Approximately $379,000 was collected through the Company’s ongoing DSPP program during the period July 1 through 31, 2019.
(ii)	On July 1, 2019, options to purchase 100,000 shares of Common Stock were granted to one senior officer at an exercise price of $0.01 per share. The options are fully vested upon grant and are exercisable through July 1, 2029. The fair value of the options at the date of grant amounted to approximately $35,000.
