Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies There have been no significant changes to commitments and contingencies from those previously disclosed in Note 19 of our Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements in our 2019 Annual Report on Form 10-K except for those described below and in Note 5. Power Sales Agreement - Colorado Electric On July 1, 2020, Colorado Electric entered into a PSA with the City of Colorado Springs to sell up to 60 MW of wind energy purchased from PRPA under a separate PPA. This agreement expires June 30, 2025.
