Item 7.01.     Regulation FD Disclosure.

During its Investor Day presentation on December 7, 2020, CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (“CenterPoint Energy”) outlined its objectives with respect to its midstream investments and stated that it would seek to provide an update within 60 days. As of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, CenterPoint Energy continues to actively work to optimize the value of Enable Midstream Partners, LP.
