Mexico City, April 24, 2017. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX/AMOV] [LATIBEX: XAMXL], announced today that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 (the “2016 Annual Report”), with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and a translation into Spanish of the 2016 Annual Report (the “Informe Anual CNBV”)1, with the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, “CNBV”), and the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V., “BMV”).
