Note 27. Subsequent Events

The company has evaluated subsequent events since December 29, 2018, the date of these financial statements.  We believe there were no material events or transactions discovered during this evaluation that requires recognition or disclosure in the financial statements other than the items discussed below.

Dividend.    On February 15, 2019, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.18 per share on the company’s common stock to be paid on March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2019.
