SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The company has evaluated subsequent events since October 8, 2016, the date of these financial statements. We believe there were no material events or transactions discovered during this evaluation that requires recognition or disclosure in the financial statements other than the item discussed below. On November 8, 2016, the company reached an agreement to settle a class-action lawsuit. See Note 11, Litigation, for additional information.
