Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 5 – Related Parties As described in more detail in Note 2, Liquidity and Material Agreements, the Company is party to a management agreement with Empire Aviation, an entity owned by the children and grandchild of the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and a former member of our Company’s Board of Directors.
