Dividends Payable Disclosures [Text Block]	NOTE 7 – Dividend Payable On September 30, 2019, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share (the “Dividend”). The Dividend was paid in equal quarterly installments of $0.125 per share beginning on November 1, 2019, with the final dividend paid on August 13, 2020. The accrued dividend payment amounted to $373,370 at December 31, 2019. The declaration and payment of any future dividend will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
