NOTE 5 – Related Parties

From time to time, the law firm of Wachtel Missry, LLP provides certain legal services to the Company and its subsidiaries. William B. Wachtel, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, is a managing partner of such firm. For the periods ending September 30, 2021 and 2020, no services were provided to the Company by Wachtel & Missry, LLP.

As described in more detail in Note 2, Liquidity and Material Agreements, the Company is party to a management agreement with Empire Aviation, an entity owned by the children of the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer and a former member of our Company’s Board of Directors.
