FirstFlight, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2009 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense because the Company has extremely limited corporate resources and needs additional time to complete certain disclosures and analyses to be included therein. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q on or prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
