During the three-month period ending June 30, 2012 no additional shares were issued.  During the three month period ending March 31, 2012 the Company issued  875,000 shares of  common stock for operating capital, at $.04 per share, to accredited investors, and issued 627,000 restricted shares for services at $.04 per share.
