ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUED EXPENSES	NOTE 3- ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUED EXPENSES The Company’s accounts payable and accrued expenses consist of trades payable amounting to $369, 046 and $263,683 as of August 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and the carrying value of shares issuable of $1,023,300 and $ 548,800 as of August 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
