NOTE 10 – FOREIGN OPERATIONS

As of November 30, 2024, a majority of our revenues and assets are associated with a subsidiary located in the United Kingdom. Assets at November 30, 2024 and August November 30, 2023 and revenues for the three-month period ended November 30, 2024 and November 30, 2023 were as follows (unaudited):
