NOTE 4 – LOANS PAYABLE

Loans payable	$	491,077	$	440,000

The loans payables are due on demand, are unsecured, and are 2-12% interest bearing.

During the three-month periods ended November 30, 2018 and 2017, the Company generated loan proceeds of $51,077 and $56,000, respectively. The loan proceeds of $51,077 are payable and are available for a term up to six months from the issuance date of November 19, 2018.
