ITEM 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change of Fiscal Year.

On March 31, 2008, the board of directors of Wataire International, Inc. resolved to change the company’s fiscal year end from a fiscal year ending on September 30^th to a fiscal year ending March 31^st.
