Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 11: COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Environmental Issues The Company is engaged in mineral exploration and may become subject to certain liabilities as they relate to environmental cleanup of mining sites or other environmental restoration. Although the minerals exploration and mining industries are inherently speculative and subject to complex environmental regulations, the Company is unaware of any pending litigation or of any specific past or prospective matters which could impair the value of its mineral property claims. Silver Strand Mine During the fiscal 2012 first quarter, the Company purchased the Silver Strand Mine from an unrelated party. In connection with this purchase, the Company entered into an agreement to pay a 20% net profits royalty interest valued at $880,000.
