&lt;p style="FONT-FAMILY: times; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;In 2007, we sold a real estate property previously held for investment purposes. This property qualifies for discontinued operations treatment. Therefore, the income from the discontinued operation has been removed from our results of continuing operations for all periods presented. The gain on disposal, which is reported in our Corporate segment, is excluded from segment operating earnings for all periods presented. We have separately disclosed the operating, investing and financing portions of the cash flows attributable to the discontinued operation in our consolidated statements of cash flows. Additionally, the information included in the notes to the financial statements excludes information applicable to this property, unless otherwise noted. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
