Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On April 29, 2013, the Company acquired MyPublisher, Inc. ("MyPublisher") for $38.7 million in cash, net of cash acquired. MyPublisher is a pioneer in the photo book industry and creator of easy-to-use photo book-making software. This acquisition will expand the Company's customer base and enable the Company to further differentiate its products and services. The acquisition will be accounted for as a non-taxable purchase transaction.
