(b) Departure of Principal Operating Officer
On January 12, 2021, Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (the “Company”) announced an internal executive reorganization resulting in the elimination of the Chief Operating Officer position, effective February 28, 2021. Chief Operating Officer C. Eric Swank will depart the Company on February 28, 2021.
