(b) Departure of Principal Accounting Officer
On January 20, 2020, Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified that its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Thomas Schmitz, was resigning from his position to pursue another opportunity outside of the Company, effective February 7, 2020.
