Business Combinations	4. Business Combinations On March 1, 2019, we acquired all of the outstanding minority interest in Pulse8, Inc., a healthcare analytics and technology company that provides business intelligence software solutions for health plans and at-risk providers to enable them to analyze their risk adjustment and quality management programs, for $53.8 million (subject to adjustments for net working capital and a contingency holdback), plus up to a $10.0 million earnout based upon revenue targets through 2019. We initially acquired a controlling stake in Pulse 8, Inc. on September 8, 2016. This transaction was treated as an equity transaction and the cash payment is reported as part of cash flow from financing activities in the consolidated statement of cash flows for the three months ended March 31, 2019.
