U.K. Operations	12. U.K. Operations There are no current operations in the U.K. subsidiary. The operating costs related to the U.K. subsidiary were $10,799 and $3,325 for the three months ended September 30, 2010 and 2011, respectively, and $18,190 and $17,346 for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 and 2011, respectively, included in the general and administrative expenses in the accompanying statements of operations.
