Accordingly, the undersigned has reported 39.4% of the issuer's common stock and common stock purchase warrants on this Form 3 and disclaims beneficial ownership of the holdings of MiniDoc, AB in excess of 39.4%. MiniDoc, AB has separately filed its own Form 3 with respect to its ownership interest in the issuer. The warrants may be redeemed, in whole and not in part, at a price of $0.01 per warrant at any time, upon a minimum 30 days prior written notice, if and only if the last sales price of the issuer's common stock equals or exceeds $8.50 per share for any 20 trading days within a 30 trading day period. The additional parties filing this Form 3 are Hammerwood (BVI) Ltd., an entity which owns 100% of the equity interests in the undersigned, and Elmwood Investment Holdings Limited, an entity which owns 75% of the equity interests of Hammerwood (BVI), Ltd.
