Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”), discloses that the employment relationship with Martha Bejar as Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Infocrossing, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, and as a Corporate Executive Council member of the Company has ceased, effective as of the close of business on January 15, 2012.
