dated 2nd November 2012 (the “Agreement”)

1. We refer to the Facilities Agreement. This is an Extension Request. Terms defined in the Facilities Agreement have the same meaning in this Agreement unless given a different meaning in this Agreement.

2. We refer to Clause 3 (Extension of the Termination Date) of the Facilities Agreement.

3. We wish to request through you that each Lender extend in the case of a First Anniversary Extending Lender the Termination Date for a period of a further one year.

4. We confirm that the Repeating Representations are true and correct in all material respects as at the date hereof.
