24. SUBSEQUENT EVENT	On November 1, 2016 the Company finalized new employment agreements with its three executive officers, Peter Baker, John Baker, and David Jurasek. Each agreement expires on December 31, 2019 unless terminated earlier. The compensation and terms are defined in the agreements.
