On October 6, 2014, J. Gus Swoboda, a director of Bank Mutual Corporation, informed the Company that he is retiring from the Company's Board of Directors and resigning as a director effective as of November 3, 2014. Mr. Swoboda’s related communications with the Company stated that his decision results from personal factors and does not result from any disagreements on matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
