Cause of occurrence: On June 8, 2012, the district attorneys came to the Company’s office to understand the matters related to the tender offer dated November 17, 2009 for acquiring Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd’s shares.  The district attorneys requested to review the documents of the Company’s employees and such request is not related to the business and operation of the Company.  The Company was cooperative to collect the relevant documents and will assist the district attorneys to clarify the relevant facts as well as protect the legal rights of the Company’s employees.  The Company will explain or disclose any further information in accordance with the laws and regulations.
