The third party stock plan administrator of the Issuer incorrectly identified the transaction as a sale of previously owned shares rather than an exercise of a stock option and sale of the shares acquired. In addition, the error resulted in the direct ownership following the reported transactions being incorrectly reported in the original filing and in the four Forms 4 that were filed subsequently (under-reported by 4,213 shares).
