RESTRUCTURING	16. RESTRUCTURING In connection with the Telles termination, in the first quarter of 2012, the Company restructured its biopolymers business and downsized its operations to more appropriately align its 2012 business priorities and strategic plans with its cash and investment resources. The Company recognized $859 of restructuring charges within operating expenses during the three months ended March 31, 2012. There is no remaining balance accrued for restructuring charges as of March 31, 2013.
