SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to March 31, 2019, the insurance carriers accepted the Company’s $183 million claim for loss arising from the on-orbit failure of the WorldView-4 satellite and the Company has collected $154 million in proceeds. The Company expects to receive the remaining insurance proceeds by the end of the second quarter of 2019.
