Petrobras releases the Annual Letter of Public Policy and Corporate Governance

Rio de Janeiro, August 28, 2020 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that its Board of Directors approved the 2019 Annual Letter of Public Policy and Corporate Governance.

The Annual Letter is a requirement of Law 13.303/2016 and Decree 8.945/2016 and is in line with the transparency requirements required by legislation.

 

This Letter is intended for the general public and summarizes the main information contained in the Reference Form 2019 related to commitments with the achievement of public policy objectives, activities developed, control structure, integrity program, economic-financial data, risk factors, policies and practices of corporate governance and description of the composition and compensation of the company's management.

 

This measure reaffirms Petrobras' commitment to the continuous improvement of its governance, as well as its alignment with the best market practices.
