The financial information presented has been presented both including and excluding the effect of certain items related to our Operational Efficiency Plan, Integration & Acquisition-Related Costs, ERP implementation efforts and the impact of tax legislation for Tapestry, Inc. Guidance for certain financial information for the fiscal year ending June 27, 2020 has also been presented on a non-GAAP basis.
