Deficiency in stockholders' equity	NOTE 6 - Deficiency in stockholders' equity Under the provisions of the G&A Capital Stock Purchase Agreement approved on June 10, 2011, G&A Capital assumed responsibility for certain Company obligations. As the corporate audit progresses, the details of the account settlements will be verified and this financial component will be updated.

Disclosure of accounting policy for its capital stock transactions, including dividends and accumulated other comprehensive income.
