RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION On December 3, 2009, the Company executed a promissory note, a former chief executive officer, in the amount of $15,000. The note bears no interest and was due April 3, 2010. The note was repaid on March 11, 2010. During the years ended 2011 and 2010, the Company incurred rent and administrative expenses payable to a related party totaling $30,600 and $40,950, respectively.
