Related Party Transactions

The Bank, in the ordinary course of business, has loan and deposit transactions with directors and executive officers.  In management’s opinion, these transactions were on substantially the same terms as comparable transactions with other customers of the Bank.  The amount of such deposits totaled approximately $3,963 and $4,058 at December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
