(22)	Related Party Transactions

The Bank, in the ordinary course of business, has loan and deposit transactions with directors and executive officers. In management’s opinion, these transactions were on substantially the same terms as comparable transactions with other customers of the Bank. The amount of such deposits totaled approximately $5,740 and $8,672 at December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.

The following is an analysis of the activity of loans to executive officers and directors for the years ended December 31:
