(2) Cash and Due from Banks

The Bank is required to maintain reserves with the Federal Reserve Bank based on a percentage of deposit liabilities.  No aggregate reserves were required at December 31, 2013 and 2012.  The Bank has met its average reserve requirements during 2013 and 2012 and the minimum required balance at December 31, 2013 and 2012.
