8. Related Party Transactions	In December 2015, we were informed that our largest stockholder and Lantronix director, Bernhard Bruscha, had sold his investment in Barix AG (“Barix”). Barix is an international customer of Lantronix, for which we have historically reported net revenues as a related party transaction. While we anticipate continuing to sell to Barix, such revenues in subsequent periods will no longer be classified as net revenue from related parties.
