We are writing in order to inform you that a subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Galicia, Tarjeta Naranja S.A. (“Tarjeta Naranja”), has announced that due to the recent Argentine sovereign debt rating downgrade, Moody’s Investors Service and Fitch Ratings have each modified the applicable ratings of the Tarjeta Naranja’s Class XXXVII Notes, due on April 11, 2022, from “B2” to “Caa2” and from “B” to “CCC”, respectively.
