(the “Company”), a subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A., has approved the contemplated merger by absorption between the Company and Tarjetas Cuyanas S.A., with the Company being the surviving entity and Tarjetas Cuyanas S.A. being absorbed into the Company.
