Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event Following March 31, 2015, the Company has achieved regulatory milestones related to the approval of certain of the Company's product candidates in the United States. As a result, the Company is obligated to pay during the second quarter of 2015 approximately $147.0 million under the applicable license and acquisition agreements associated with the product approvals related to these product candidates that have occurred prior to May 4, 2015.
